TL;DR -- Diamond Lane is my lifelong band that I started in 2002 with guitarist Jarret Reis (above, the one in the middle with the sweet beard!). Over the years we've put a lot of miles on the tour van, played some unreal shows, put some rad music into the universe and had a mostly damn good time bringing our childhood dreams to life.
-- Now here's the long-er winded specifics-filled diatribe expose.
Diamond Lane is an American hard rock band from Los Angeles by way of San Jose. Originally formed in 2002 by vocalist Brandon Baumann and guitarist Jarret Reis, its other members include bassist Ray Zhang and drummer Dave Vandigitty.
DL has self-booked and executed numerous Southwest, Midwest and West Coast tours, including feature performances at ROCKLAHOMA, Hempfest, Sunset Strip Music Festival, and Retrospect Rockfest, as well as packing every legendary venue in Hollywood, from the Troubadour to the Roxy. Fox Sports once named the band their “Artist of the Month”, a title never-before bestowed upon an unsigned band, and one that included playing their tunes during all nationally televised sporting events.
2020 finds a new album release from Diamond Lane, with the long-in-limbo “Must Be Hell” now seeing the light of day. No better place than here, and no better time than now, tenacity is in no short supply with this group.
